End of the Row
When the row that you hoe
seems unending
And the sun's sweating down
on your head
Briars and blisters
just keep popping up
While you long for fresh blossoms instead
Take heart...
weather's constantly changing
Keep going...
tho' hoeing is slow
Never mind knowing reasons
It's just hoeing season
And God has assigned you this row
So pray for the strength to complete it
When the going gets too hot--
Go slow!
And one day you'll find
That the row is behind you
And new seedlings
Are starting to grow
